Current turn-around time is three weeks, plus shipping time. All orders will be processed in the order received and shipped within three weeks of purchase date. If you need an order to arrive before the current processing time please contact Sew Sudberry PRIOR TO ORDERING via email at sewsudberry@gmail.com to make arrangements for a rush order. Please note, choosing Priority Shipping (2-3 days) does not decrease production time. That only refers to the estimated time it will take your order to get to you once shipped.

To avoid delays in order processing, please include the following with your order:

- NAME or MONOGRAM (first, LAST, middle)
- date needed (If this date is prior to my stated turnaround time please
contact me BEFORE placing your order to ensure I can accommodate your
request and ask about any RUSH fees that may be involved)

PAYMENT
We accept debit and credit card payments through Stripe and PayPal. Payment is required at the time order is placed and processing time does not begin until you have ordered and paid.

Tennessee residents: 9.75% sales tax will be added to your order.

SHIPPING
Shipments are made within 3 weeks once payment is received. Your purchase will be shipped to your PayPal address, or the address you leave at checkout so please double-check that your PayPal address is current to avoid any delays in shipping. Sew Sudberry is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address or items lost in the mail. Once the item has shipped and the USPS accepts the shipment it is out of our hands. We do not issue refunds for items lost in the mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Shipping, which includes $50 insurance, please message us prior to ordering and we will be happy to assist.

Please message us if you would like items gift wrapped (small fee) and sent directly to gift recipient.

Sew Sudberry ships to domestic addresses using USPS First Class Mail.

-- International Shipping --
Sew Sudberry ships to international addresses using USPS First Class Mail International. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

REFUND & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the personalization/customization of the items we create, WE DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on items. If we have made a mistake on your order, you must notify us within 3 DAYS and we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. We will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned. If you do not notify us within the first 3 days after receipt, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no replacement or refund will be issued. If you need to cancel an order, and your order has not started production, you may be issued STORE CREDIT.

We strive for complete customer satisfaction and aim to provide detailed pictures and product descriptions so you are confident before purchasing. Many listings contain listing variations, which allow you to customize your order. Variations may include size, style, color or pieces included in your order. Everything pictured will not necessarily be included in your order unless you select those options. While care is taken to represent colors accurately, every monitor is different and I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric. Also note that each piece is handmade and slight variations in fabric and fabric placement may occur. Occasionally, fabrics or ribbons are out of stock and I will substitute a similar fabric or ribbon to not delay production.
